Fogbound & Kindle Unlimited?

It’s #FogboundFriday again (Well to be honest it’s a day late, so technically it must be #SteampunkSaturday right?) Whichever it is, there is plenty of news on the Fogbound front for you in this post.

FOGBOUND on Kindle Unlimited

Fogbound has just hit 12,500 page reads on KU! Wow, I’m really amazed that this has taken off like this in just 3 weeks since launch.

Thanks to all you readers for around the globe that have picked up Fogbound to read through your KU accounts. The core readership is, as expected, in the US and the UK, but we also have splendid folk from Canada, Germany and Italy enjoying some Steampunk adventure too.

If you want to give Kindle Unlimited a try, click through on my affiliate link below for a 30 day free trial and see how many books you can read.

** Please note as an affiliate I receive a small payment for introducing any of you who decide to sign up – you pay the same amount, so it costs you nothing, but it adds a few pennies to the coffers of this poor struggling author – every little bit helps.

FOGBOUND Reviews

Another couple of five-star reviews are in for Fogbound on Amazon, thanks so much to everyone who leaves a review – at the sake of sounding like a steam-parrot – Please leave a review once you have completed reading Fogbound to allow other potential readers to make an informed decision based on the views of other Steampunk fans.

This is an interesting take on a possible history post HG Wells.
Without giving anything away it’s worth reading if you enjoy science fiction mixed with history.”

This is a very vivid book which sends the reader to the heart of this atmospheric world. The characters are vibrant and engaging and the pace of the narrative makes it a page turner. It has totally hooked me in to this genre. Mr Clegg is a very talented writer and I can’t wait to see more of his work.”

Arrival of the Paperback

I am gearing up for some attendances at Steampunk conventions such as Leeds Steampunk Market in Calderdale & Haworth Steampunk Weekend both of which occur in the first two weeks of October.

Paperback copies of FOGBOUND: Empire in Flames will be available at the reduced price of ten new English pounds, and I’ll sign them for you if you really want my spider scrawl all over your book. In addition, I will have paperback copies of my short story collection Fallen Angels for just £5.

Come along, they are both fantastic events full of splendid folk and plenty of amazing steampunk goodies and entertainment.

Halifax Steampunk Market: Sat 5th & Sun 6th Oct 2019 11am-5pm

Haworth Steampunk Weekend: Fri 11th, Sat 12th & Sun 13th Oct 2019

And Finally…

READ4FREE: Chapters 7 & 8 of Fogbound are available on Wattpad.

I’ve added two chapters to the weekly serialisation of the novel over on Wattpad. Feel free to head over and vote and comment on it as we try to increase awareness.
